MZHub.in is the enterprise customer engagement platform for MZHub Faithtech, a spiritual technology company serving religious institutions worldwide. The project delivered a +57% Lighthouse performance uplift and +40% SEO improvement via Next.js SSR, Core Web Vitals tuning, and aggressive bundle tree-shaking. The platform is deployed on Azure App Services with serverless contact automation backed by Azure Cosmos DB. Concurrently led R&D on AI OCR pipelines, agentic workflows, and knowledge-grounded RAG chatbots for the product roadmap.
